Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, conduct proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud elimination solutions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to enablement across the organization
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a rapidly growing SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology, including JavaScript, HTML, and relevant programming languages
- Experience with ReSTful APIs, web security, and encryption technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
- Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions and identifying business pain points
