Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing mission against online fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive deals to closure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and design effective solutions
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that link solutions to customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of web technology, including client-side and server-side development
- Experience with SQL and web security concepts, including encryption and APIs
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives
- Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges with a focus on value-based sales
