Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing mission against online fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to design effective solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to enablement across various teams within the organization
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of both client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and tracking associated KPIs
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
