Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support the mission of combating online fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will engage with customers to lead technical discussions, conduct proofs of value, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to design effective fraud prevention solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to identify critical business pain points and develop tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that align Arkose Labs solutions with customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of both client-side and server-side web technologies, including JavaScript and HTML
- Experience with ReSTful APIs and web security concepts
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
- Experience in conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences
