Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support the fight against fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process and prepare value-based demonstrations that link solutions to customer objectives
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a rapidly growing SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of web technology, including client-side and server-side development
- Experience with ReSTful APIs, JSON, and web security concepts
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP
