Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive deals to closure in a remote capacity while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud elimination solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and design tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that align Arkose Labs solutions with customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of web technology, including client-side and server-side development
- Experience with ReSTful APIs, web security, and related technologies
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP
