Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud deterrence solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to enablement across the organization
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of both client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS
- Familiarity with ReSTful APIs, including JSON and webhooks
- Proven ability to sell enterprise solutions to cross-functional teams
