Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, conduct proofs of value, and drive deals to closure in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex opportunities
- Drive customer discovery processes to identify critical business pain points and deliver value-based demonstrations
- Design and implement Proof of Value engagements, tracking associated KPIs and success criteria
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python or PHP
- Familiarity with ReSTful APIs, web security, and encryption methods
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage with stakeholders at all levels
