Senior Solution Consultant - HLS

Job Summary

Driving the implementation of innovative CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients, the remote Senior Solution Consultant - HLS will lead strategic projects, serve as the primary technical resource during integrations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, focusing on the design and deployment of integrations with major EHR/EMR systems
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes while mentoring internal teams and external partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth is a plus
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
