Senior Solution Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support Account Management efforts, the remote full-time Senior Solution Delivery Manager will build trusted relationships with customers, oversee the implementation of SaaS testing solutions, and manage client engagements while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of client projects from start to finish
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery that meets client requirements and performance standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year university
• 4+ years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role
• 4+ years of system implementation or consulting experience, with at least 3 years as a senior consultant or project manager
• Experience in web and mobile software testing or quality engineering
• Strong knowledge of the software testing domain and quality engineering practices
