Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales representatives and other team members to drive revenue across Enterprise opportunities
• Lead discovery calls to identify customer needs and deliver technical demonstrations and proof of concept activities
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and provide feedback to product management and engineering

Required Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting roles within a software vendor or IT company
• Domain expertise in data normalization for IT Asset Management and software license optimization
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and FinOps or cloud management
• Ability to implement best practices for sales processes and customer success handoffs
• Experience in developing customer roadmaps for success
