Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Solution Engineer specializing in Retail and Supply Chain, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, collaborating with business executives and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and lead workshops that drive transformative value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and identify AI-driven opportunities for value creation
• Facilitate scoping workshops, including process mapping and technical overviews, to shape compelling solution proposals
• Run technical demonstrations of the platform and provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI Solution Engineering within mid-market and enterprise businesses
• Experience in data analytics, digital or SaaS businesses, or the retail/manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and product demonstrations
• Experience guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs
• Familiarity with retail and supply chain environments
