Senior Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical partner throughout the pre-sales process, the full-time Senior Solution Engineer will lead technical discovery and solution design for complex customer opportunities while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design, uncovering business objectives and technical requirements for customer opportunities
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the sales process, collaborating closely with Sales from initial discovery through solution development
- Translate complex customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions that align with technical best practices and the service portfolio
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering
- Experience designing solutions within B2B technology, IT consulting, managed services, or cloud infrastructure
- Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure technologies with the ability to recognize when additional expertise is needed
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven experience managing multiple complex opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
