Senior Solution Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the development of complete and compliant end-to-end deal solutions, the full-time Senior Solution Lead will manage solution integrity and orchestration for large government services opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of cross line of business solutions by consulting with technical subject matter experts and advising on options, risks, and impacts
• Own the overall solution vision and structure for assigned deals, ensuring all components are coherent and executable
• Direct and coordinate end-to-end solution development activities from pre-bid through proposal submission, ensuring alignment with capture strategy and pricing assumptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution leadership, deal architecture, or large-scale government services delivery
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex government contract pursuits in the state government space
• Experience with State Government procurement and service delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
