Senior Solution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Manager to provide subject matter expertise and leadership in managing the company's Enterprise Business Solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale business solution projects and facilitate requirements gathering
• Analyze existing capabilities to identify gaps and optimize processes for improved productivity
• Serve as a subject matter expert for subsidiary program initiatives and ensure compliance with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in contract management, program data analysis, or enterprise system support
• Strong technical expertise in system administration and troubleshooting
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects throughout their lifecycle
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
