Senior Solution Principal

Job Summary

As a key presales leader, the full-time Senior Solution Principal will work remotely to shape and sell AI-led professional services across the Microsoft ecosystem, consulting with clients to assess AI readiness and develop adoption roadmaps while creating professional services Statements of Work (SOWs).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consulting and discovery to build relationships with senior stakeholders and assess AI opportunities within their Microsoft estate
• Define future-state Microsoft AI architectures and shape enterprise AI strategies that govern and scale AI agents responsibly
• Lead the creation of professional services proposals and SOWs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal margin targets

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in technology roles such as Solution Architect or AI/Cloud Architect with client-facing responsibilities
• Demonstrated presales or sales engineering experience for professional services, including solution shaping and SOW creation
• Proven track record designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Cloud, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and the Microsoft agent stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance and security considerations for responsible AI adoption
