Senior Solution Principal - OCM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Solution Principal - OCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and understand their strategic priorities
• Lead discovery engagements to define solution scope and incorporate Organizational Change Management strategies
• Assemble and lead pursuit teams, ensuring integrated solutions across technology delivery and business transformation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of delivery experience in Digital Enablement, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and/or AI
• Proven track record of architecting complex solutions in pre- and post-sale motions
• Strong understanding of clients' IT purchasing decision-making process
• Ability to solution across multiple business units and offerings
• Deep understanding of Microsoft and/or AWS portfolios
