Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for product discovery and define features for development, including managing the product backlog
• Collaborate with product managers and operations teams to convert product definitions into actionable backlog items
• Monitor product performance and maintain relationships with development teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of software features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience leading business processes or system changes
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proven ability to influence organizational levels and demonstrate strong market awareness
• Experience in an agile environment and with commercial software design concepts
