Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Product Owner, responsible for delivering solution products that drive value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for product discovery and definition, managing the product backlog and user stories
• Collaborate with product managers and operations teams to convert product discovery into actionable backlog items
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience leading business processes or system changes
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Experience communicating technical and business information effectively
