Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Specialist (RCM, Patient Access & Engagement).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep expertise in solutions across Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Access, and Patient Outreach and Engagement
  • Partner with Sales and Customer teams to drive opportunities through tailored narratives, demos, and value discussions
  • Lead solution design conversations aligned to customer priorities and operational goals while acting as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, or Product Specialist roles in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations
  • Proven track record of leading customer conversations, demos, and solutioning efforts
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in real time
  • Collaborative, high-ownership mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
