Senior Solution Train Engineer
Job Summary
Operating remotely, the full-time Senior Lead Solution Train Engineer will coordinate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains, facilitate strategic planning, and manage complex dependencies and risks within the Software Development Life Cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Pre- and Post-PI Planning, Solution Train Syncs, and strategic synchronization ceremonies
- Coordinate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains and ensure delivery alignment of high-impact epics
- Proactively identify and mitigate cross-ART risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience); Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience preferred
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple teams or ARTs delivering a single, complex solution
- Mastery of Agile at Scale concepts for managing capabilities across a complex telecommunications/network software portfolio
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Solution Train Engineer (STE) certification preferred
