Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Solutions Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and resolve member/fitness center issues and inquiries
• Interface with various stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues, including escalations and complaints
• Prepare correspondence and tracking reports while ensuring timely follow-up on tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Completion of ASH Fitness Customer Service training preferred
• 3 months experience within the Fitness line of business preferred
• Thorough knowledge of software programs utilized by Customer Service Fitness
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
