Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and capability briefings that address customer pain points
• Conduct complex public data investigations and maintain expertise on issues relevant to customers

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in investigations, open-source research, or related analytical disciplines
• Proven ability to engage customers in both prepared briefings and unscripted Q&A
• Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
• Genuine curiosity and drive to understand customer problems and develop tailored solutions
• Ability to proactively identify and address challenges
