Senior Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
To support a U.S. government client, the full-time Senior Solutions Analyst will lead the analysis of Federal missions and business processes, translating findings into actionable solution requirements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead business and systems analysis for complex Federal initiatives
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate various functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguities and manage dependencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations research, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or management consulting
- 4+ years of experience supporting Federal civilian or defense organizations
- 3+ years of leading complex analysis efforts or multidisciplinary teams
- Active Public Trust clearance required at the time of application
