Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor and SME on IBM Targetprocess engagements
Architect end-to-end agile Project Portfolio Management solutions leveraging Targetprocess capabilities
Present architectural concepts, risks, and trade-offs to executive-level stakeholders

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or agile delivery roles
3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Targetprocess or equivalent agile portfolio tools
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and agile tooling
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
IBM Targetprocess certification(s) or relevant credentials
