Key Responsibilities

• Enable internal support teams to effectively use AI through coaching and reusable patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutioning, business process improvement, or operations consulting
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical AI use cases
• Strong knowledge of AI and NLP technologies, including LLMs and GPTs
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n and familiarity with API integrations
• Demonstrated curiosity and ongoing use of AI tools to improve workflows
