Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and design technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support during implementation and integration of solutions
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and address inquiries regarding product functionality

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre-Sales or Post-Sales technical role, preferably in retail media or AdTech
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and technical product environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous coding experience, including the ability to write JSON
• Project management experience in a client-facing role
