Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Configure Gainsight Community and Education platforms and conduct enablement sessions for stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage customer projects and drive technical initiatives for customer success

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Professional Services or Enterprise product implementation, preferably in SaaS
• Solid understanding of Web services, APIs, and Webhooks
• Experience troubleshooting SSO-related issues, particularly with SAML, Oauth 2, and Open ID Connect
• In-depth knowledge of managing enterprise software application implementations using waterfall and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and managing multiple concurrent engagements
