Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English
• Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
