Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect for the Contact Center team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support critical partner relationships and develop delivery standards for relevant solutions
• Oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring optimal client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales and other technology teams to deliver integrated solutions and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of ten (10)+ years in collaboration and contact center experience
• Extensive experience in developing strategic solution architecture plans within a collaboration or consulting company
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of experience with public, private, and cloud strategy and/or architecture
• Current understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, customer experience, and artificial intelligence solutions
• Certifications in relevant technologies such as Genesys, Cisco, or Amazon Connect
