Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Scripts, and external REST API scripts
• Analyze customer network topologies and create technical assets to support product improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis of technology problems and develop custom tools for data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• BS degree or equivalent
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of core networking principles and application protocols
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
