Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect, AI Automation & Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to map workflows and identify AI opportunities for efficiency gains
• Design and build AI solutions and automations using tools like n8n and Copilot Studio
• Enable internal support teams to effectively use AI through coaching and hands-on problem solving

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutioning, business process improvement, or operations consulting
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical AI use cases
• Strong knowledge of AI and NLP technologies, including LLMs and GPTs
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n and basic coding/scripting knowledge
• Demonstrated curiosity and ongoing personal use of AI tools to improve workflows
