Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect - Human Data Services (Generative AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate GenAI use cases into scoped data workflows and design end-to-end task schemas and quality frameworks
• Build quality frameworks and design evaluation approaches for high-ambiguity tasks
• Analyze datasets, validate outputs, and prototype task designs while collaborating with delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML data systems or human-in-the-loop, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in annotation, data generation/collection, evaluation, RLHF, or red teaming
• Strong proficiency in Python for analyzing datasets and prototyping workflows
• Understanding of ML workflows, particularly in training data and evaluation
• Experience with GenAI data programs and quality frameworks
