Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Delivering technical excellence and strategic guidance to customer accounts, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Architect will oversee technical pre-sales relationships, propose business processes and architectures, and support clients in integrating TRM's AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, including understanding client requirements and customizing the platform
• Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting requirements and guiding solution design
• Develop and maintain high-quality resources for client integrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in pre-and post-sales roles, such as Senior Solutions Architect or Senior Sales Engineer
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products
• Comfortable scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Javascript) for building PoCs or prototypes
• High initiative with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in technical solutions
• Bonus: Previous experience in AI development is highly preferred
