Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Shaping the future of governance, compliance, and insights, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will lead architectural design and integration efforts for AI-driven products while collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define product requirements and shape user needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Own integration contracts and architectural context, ensuring alignment across product lines and the broader Mimecast platform
• Set performance and evaluability targets for AI features, while coordinating stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience, including significant product-shaping responsibility
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, particularly AWS services and distributed systems
• Experience with contract-first integration design, including APIs and data contracts
• Proficiency in using AI development tools in a professional setting
