Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support custom deployment projects, the remote Senior Solutions Architect will engage with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, provide best practices consulting, and ensure successful onboarding and solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client interactions to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications, including use cases and user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver tailored solutions while serving as the solution expert during pre-sales and implementation cycles
• Maintain expertise in CXone products and relevant technologies, providing technical architecture leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience
• 3+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
• 3+ years of contact center experience
• Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies, preferably within the CX domain
