Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Transforming enterprise managed services, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Architect will define and implement an AI-enabled support ecosystem, focusing on operational excellence and modernization across support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI operations transformation strategy for large-scale managed services engagements
• Design future-state AI-enabled support models, including NOC, infrastructure operations, and service desk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop transformation roadmaps and assess current operational maturity

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations or managed services, with 5+ years in operational transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in designing and modernizing NOC and IT operations centers
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI, AIOps, and intelligent automation in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise observability practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
