Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Bridging Propel's Government Partnerships team and the Product & Engineering organization, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will translate state partners' needs into product strategy, oversee campaign delivery, and engage directly with state agencies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the product voice in state conversations, preparing materials and translating insights into structured requirements for product and engineering
• Own the end-to-end delivery of state campaigns, including defining deliverables, writing scope-of-work, and monitoring execution
• Synthesize engagement patterns to inform the case management product roadmap and present evidence-based recommendations to product managers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical program management, or product management within a B2G context, particularly with state SNAP or Medicaid agencies
• Technical proficiency, including the ability to understand and communicate technical details and read API documentation
• Familiarity with public benefits administration, including SNAP, Medicaid, or EBT programs
• Strong product instincts to differentiate between platform features and one-off state requests
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
