Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Architect will leverage technical consulting and project management skills to support software vendors in building exceptional customer experiences with Paddle while addressing technical challenges and contributing to integration efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs
• Communicate with C-suite and senior developers to assist in building customer experiences and integration plans
• Support Account Executives and Account Managers during customer onboarding and calls to secure new business

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture with enterprise-level clients
• Solid background in technologies such as full or partial stack development, development frameworks, and common API interfaces
• Experience using and integrating APIs, with knowledge in payments, accounting practices, or subscription management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills developed in a customer-facing role
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
