Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the delivery of Unicorn Delivery Service projects, the remote Senior Solutions Architect will act as a primary advisor for customers' technical needs, lead and mentor engineering teams, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their technical challenges and goals
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1+ years in a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge of containerization and orchestration, particularly Kubernetes
• Proven experience in growth engineering or digital marketing within a tech startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making
• Experience with full-stack development and knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
