Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading client engagements, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will design and implement end-to-end solutions that enhance enterprise workflows, focusing on organizational transformation and leveraging AI tools to drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Shape direction and identify necessary business process changes during initial client engagements
• Design solutions that integrate human and agent workflows while managing stakeholder expectations and organizational complexities
• Create reusable solution patterns and maintain involvement through delivery, adapting designs based on evolving customer needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation, particularly at the VP and C-suite level
• Background in professional services or management consulting with a focus on accountability for outcomes
• Experience in business process transformation, leading engagements that result in operational changes
• Proficiency in designing agentic workflows and utilizing AI tools effectively in solution development
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders
