Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will act as the primary liaison for custom deployment projects, engaging with clients to elicit and document business requirements, providing best practices consulting, and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the solution life-cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to gather and translate solution requirements into functional designs, including use cases and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver tailored CXone solutions, while serving as the solution expert during pre-sales and implementation cycles
• Maintain expertise in CXone products and relevant technologies, providing technical architecture leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience, including consulting or customer engagement
• Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design, particularly in contact center environments
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies, preferably within the CX domain
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced skills in MS Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Professional proficiency in French is a plus
