Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple product lines, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will demonstrate technical and functional expertise while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions in partnership with sales engineers
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, QA, and support teams
• Analyze client business processes and needs to document and validate required functionality and technology solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in defining and executing Enterprise software projects
• Proficiency in web technologies, languages, and frameworks such as SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience in establishing a technical vision for complex Enterprise projects
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment is a plus
