Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To architect and evolve customer enablement, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will engage with enterprise accounts pre- and post-sale, lead technical workshops, and design tailored upskilling paths while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes ACE workshops and customer-specific enablement sessions, establishing technical credibility with enterprise stakeholders
• Architect learning solutions and multi-cloud lab designs based on real customer environments, utilizing AI for content modifications
• Serve as the lead technical authority on enablement scope, collaborating with sales and customer outcomes leadership to integrate ACE engagements into larger deals

Required Qualifications

• CCIE-level expertise (EI or SP) highly recommended; AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) required
• Expert-level knowledge of BGP, High Availability design, and VPN technologies
• Proven expertise in designing complex multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, or Technical Training
• Self-motivated program owner capable of managing enablement engagements end-to-end with minimal oversight
