Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the integration of Cedar's platform with clients' healthcare management systems, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will conduct technical discovery, translate client data structures, and manage complex projects remotely in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements and implementation risks
• Translate client data structures into Cedar's infrastructure and lead data validation efforts
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical and business requirements

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in client-facing technical project leadership roles
• Experience with enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, or Electronic Health Record companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and API integrations preferred
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and operational stakeholders
• Motivated to improve the healthcare financial experience and comfortable navigating ambiguity
