Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing Commercial Sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will engage in the full sales cycle, conducting technical evaluations, building tailored demos, and fostering customer relationships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify new opportunities and expand production usage with existing customers
• Lead technical discussions with developers and engineering leaders to understand their systems and business objectives
• Create reusable technical assets and deliver enablement sessions to assist customer engineering teams in adopting Temporal effectively

Required qualifications

• Strong development background with hands-on coding experience in at least one modern programming language (Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including reliability, observability, and fault tolerance
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role working with technical buyers
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in high-volume environments
• Enthusiasm for AI/ML technologies and eagerness to learn about emerging use cases
