Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will work remotely to assist in shaping and delivering the Health Data Fabric vision, developing custom Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with clients to address their technical and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to assess customer needs and collaborate on solutions
• Develop strong relationships with strategic clients and align their roadmaps with the Smile product roadmap
• Support the design and migration of data to Smile's platform while addressing customer business models

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or customer consulting
• Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred
• Significant hands-on experience in implementation and customer consulting
• Ability to take projects from scoping requirements through to launch
• Knowledge of professional software development practices and modern programming tools
