Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with Sales and Technical Services, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will leverage hands-on technical skills and strategic problem-solving to design impactful solutions for customers, while working remotely and engaging in industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities aligned with the platform
- Collaborate with customers to analyze their CI/CD architecture and workflows, identifying areas for improvement
- Design and deliver engaging demonstrations to showcase the platform's capabilities
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, and GitLab
- Experience with DevOps technologies including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
