Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Solutions Architect will assist account managers by delivering technical presentations and design assistance for solutions and service offerings, while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy, compare solution approaches, and build key relationships while sizing and configuring solutions
- Present technical briefings and demonstrations to showcase the company's value to clients and partners
- Qualify sales opportunities based on client technical requirements and mentor team members to enhance their technical acumen
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT and operational expertise across multiple technology layers
- Proven experience in qualifying and positioning consulting engagements and services
- Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and mentoring to enhance solution knowledge
- Possession of various OEM and industry certifications, including Cisco, NetApp, and ITIL
- Experience in driving engagement conversions to additional services and solutions
