Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To enhance Day 2 operations within the NVIDIA Cloud Partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with partner engineers to solve complex operational challenges, improve service reliability, and drive the adoption of new technologies in both remote and onsite environments.
Key responsibilities
- Solve Day 2 operations problems at scale, collaborating with partner engineers to prototype and validate solutions
- Prepare operating models for new NVIDIA platforms and assist in their adoption without service degradation
- Enhance partner maturity by identifying gaps in processes, tooling, and incident response to improve overall cloud performance and economics
Required qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in production infrastructure, cloud engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with distributed infrastructure under production load
- Deep expertise in Day 2 operations technologies, including large-scale GPU, HPC, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Linux and experience with automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible
